I created Rue to bring clarity, confidence, and genuine support to women wanting a fresh, balanced approach to their health and wellness. With years of experience in training, nutrition, and habit-building, my goal is to make your journey feel simple, achievable, and empowering.


In a space crowded with mixed messages, Rue is here to offer guidance you can trust, personalised support, and a community that lifts you up — so you can feel strong, inspired, and aligned with the woman you’re becoming.

I’ve navigated my share of approaches that never felt sustainable, which is why I’m so passionate about creating a space where women can build a body and life they’re genuinely proud of — one that feels balanced, enjoyable, and truly long-term.
